1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your pre-internship application at any time before the program's start date by contacting us at [email protected] with your application details.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancellation occurs 7 days or more before the program start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 3–6 days before the program starts
  • No refund if cancellation is less than 3 days before start date, or after the program has begun

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Email us with your application details
  • Include your payment transaction ID
  • State the reason for cancellation
  • Provide bank account information for refund transfer

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Special Circumstances

In cases such as medical emergencies (with supporting documentation), we may consider full or partial refunds at our discretion.
