🧩 About Taskintern

What is Taskintern?

Taskintern is a task-based skill development platform where individuals complete real-world, industry-relevant projects to build practical skills and showcase their capabilities. It's designed to help you strengthen your portfolio and prove your job readiness through hands-on, outcome-focused work.

How does Taskintern differ from traditional courses?

Unlike traditional courses, we don't provide training or instruction. Instead, we offer carefully designed tasks that participants complete independently, demonstrating their ability to research, problem-solve, and produce professional-quality deliverables.

Who is this program designed for?

Our program is ideal for early-career professionals, recent graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to demonstrate practical skills to potential employers without the time commitment of traditional education.

What additional value does Taskintern provide compared to self-learning?

While self-learning is valuable, Taskintern provides structure, professional evaluation of your work, and credible verification of your skills through our completion certificate and potential recommendation letters. The defined framework helps ensure you're developing relevant, in-demand skills that employers value.

📝 Application & Costs

How do I apply for an internship?

To apply, click on "Start Your Journey" and fill out the Google Form provided. Once enrolled, you will receive task-based projects aligned with your chosen field.

Is there a fee to join Taskintern?

Yes, we charge a one-time fee of ₹2499 for each application. This fee covers task assignments, verification, and platform support.

Are there any prerequisites to join?

Yes. You must have basic working knowledge in your chosen track so you can complete the tasks independently. This program is designed for self-driven learners who can build projects on their own with minimal guidance. Before joining, make sure you are comfortable with the core concepts and tools of the track you select.

Can I switch between different credential tracks after starting?

We recommend choosing your track carefully before starting. However, if you feel strongly about switching, you can request a one-time track change within the first 3 days of enrollment. After that, track changes are not allowed, as each track is designed to build progressively on previous tasks. Switching later may lead to confusion or incomplete progress.

🏗️ Program Structure

How does the program work?

Participants register for our program, receive access to a series of carefully designed tasks, complete these tasks at their own pace, submit their work for verification, and receive credentials upon successful completion.

What kind of tasks will I work on?

The tasks focus on strengthening your fundamentals and guiding you toward building projects independently. These tasks help you develop the skills required for real-world applications.

How long does the internship last?

The duration is typically one month, giving you enough time to complete tasks and gain practical experience.

Is there a deadline for task completion?

Yes. Each credential track comes with a fixed duration of 30 days from the date of enrollment. No extensions are provided, so make sure you manage your time effectively.

🛠️ Support & Resources

How do I get support during the internship?

You can join our Discord and Telegram channels to discuss project-related issues with peers and mentors. For platform-related queries, you can contact us at [email protected].

Since no training is provided, how do I complete tasks if I don't have the necessary skills?

Our tasks include clear requirements and evaluation criteria. Participants are expected to use publicly available resources, conduct independent research, and develop problem-solving strategies—skills highly valued by employers.

Is there any support available during the program?

While we don't provide training, we offer clarification on task requirements if needed. Our focus is on allowing participants to demonstrate their ability to work independently, as they would in a professional environment.

Is there any technical support available?

Yes. We provide technical support for platform-related issues such as: Login or access problems, Task submission issues, Certificate download errors Bug reports or unexpected behavior on the platform For help, you can reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Please note: we do not provide personal mentorship or help with completing tasks, as the program is designed for self-paced, independent learners.

Can I collaborate with other participants?

You are welcome to discuss ideas, share resources, and motivate each other, especially in our community forums or groups. However, all submitted work must be your own. Copy-pasting or submitting someone else's work will lead to disqualification. Think of it as working in a team but building your own proof of work.

🎓 Credentials & Recognition

What credentials do I receive upon completion?

All participants who successfully complete the required tasks receive a certificate of completion. Exceptional performers may also receive a personalized letter of recommendation.

Are your credentials recognized by employers?

Our credentials are designed to demonstrate practical skills rather than replace traditional education. They serve as tangible evidence of your capabilities that you can showcase in your portfolio and discuss during interviews.

How are letters of recommendation (LORs) awarded?

LORs are selectively awarded to participants who demonstrate exceptional performance across all required tasks. This selective approach ensures that our recommendations maintain their credibility and value to employers.

🚀 After Completion

Can I showcase my completed projects in my portfolio?

Absolutely! Creating portfolio-worthy work samples is a core benefit of our program. You retain rights to showcase your completed projects to potential employers.

How can I use my credentials in my job search?

Your certificate and completed projects can be featured on your resume, LinkedIn profile, and portfolio. If awarded, your letter of recommendation can be shared with potential employers or included in job applications.

Do you offer job placement services?

We don't directly place participants in jobs, but our credential program is designed to make you more competitive in the job market by providing tangible evidence of your skills and capabilities.

Do you connect participants with employment opportunities?

While we don't guarantee job placements, we actively bridge the gap between learning and employment by: Highlighting top performers to our network of hiring partners Offering open-source internship experience to enhance your resume Providing access to a curated list of job boards, bootcamps, and alternative hiring platforms (like fellowships and returnships) Issuing verifiable certificates and proof of work that boost your credibility with employers Our goal is to equip you with real-world skills and visibility that increase your chances of landing opportunities.

If your task submission doesn't meet the minimum requirements, you'll receive feedback with suggested improvements (where applicable). You'll be allowed one resubmission per task within the 30-day track duration. However, repeated low-quality or copied submissions may lead to disqualification from the program without a refund. We encourage you to treat each task as a chance to learn, improve, and showcase your real potential.

Can I list Taskintern as work experience on my resume?

While Taskintern is not traditional employment, you can list it as a credential program with specific projects completed. We recommend focusing on the skills demonstrated and outcomes achieved rather than presenting it as traditional work experience.
